This is such an easy-breezy format! We’ll come together to meditate for 10 minutes, followed by journaling and writing prompts. Then, we’ll offer precious space to write and journal and doodle for about 30 minutes. From there, we’ll come together to share, laugh, cry, breathe and close out our time together with intention. The hope is this becomes a monthly gathering.
