What People Are Saying

“I felt so mentally, physically, and emotionally strong heading into labor and I know [your support] really set the foundation for that. I felt so empowered and calm at the same time.

Thank you again for giving me the building blocks to have such an incredible birthing experience and to feel like such a great mama once my little one arrived. I am now experiencing some lower back and upper glute pain and I now feel so good after birth in all other areas that I look forward to doing your postpartum restorative yoga sessions.
