Yoga Classes + Workshops
Return to your body, your breath, your whole Self.
Postpartum is a multi-faceted gem. It’s an art and science, requiring rest, movement, community, nourishment, and warmth. Experience your own afterglow through yoga based classes, workshops, and series designed specifically for you and your motherhood journey.
Baby & Me Yoga Series
Baby & Me Yoga is a class for parents and babies in arms, offering a gentle, supportive space to move, bond, and grow together.
Led by Leanne—Pre/Postnatal Yoga practitioner, Birth Doula, Infant + Child Sleep Consultant, and Postpartum Care Practitioner—each class includes healing movement for the postpartum body, including pelvic floor and core support, as well as yoga-based tools to help you co-regulate with your baby.
You’ll enjoy playful postures to do with your little one, infant massage, and nourishing conversations on topics like sleep, feeding, emotional well-being, and postpartum life.
BYOM (bring your own mat) and come connect with a community of parents on the journey with you.
Family Yoga Workshops
Family Yoga is a joyful, interactive workshop designed for parents and children (ages 3–8) to connect through movement, breath, and play.
In this kid-friendly class, you'll explore yoga poses together—from Tree and Downward Dog to silly animal shapes inspired by children’s stories, like Zen Pig: The Art of Gratitude.
Expect dancing, imaginative play, stuffed-animal breathing exercises, partner poses, and even a few giggly Down Dog races. Each session includes time for storytelling, rest, and reflection to help little ones (and grown-ups) cultivate calm and gratitude. Bring your own mats, your playful spirit, and your whole heart.
Mothers in Bloom
Mothers in Bloom is a soul-nourishing gathering for mothers of all ages—a few sacred hours to slow down, sip tea, wander among flowers, and return to yourself.
Through guided meditation, gentle conversation, and the simple joy of flower picking and arranging, we root into the wisdom of our bodies and the beauty of shared motherhood.
This is a space to re-village, reconnect, and remember that you are not alone. Babies in arms only are welcome. This is truly a retreat for the mother—a time to breathe, be held, and bloom.
